The Egyptian Professional Clubs Association announced the sanctions package for the second round of the final stage of the Egyptian Premier League championship, which witnessed several disciplinary decisions against a number of players.
The association decided to suspend Hussein Al-Shahat, the Al-Ahly player, for one match and fined him 5 thousand pounds, as a result of the accumulation of yellow cards (third warning), which means his absence from the expected confrontation against Pyramids.
In the same context, it was decided to suspend Hamed Hamdan, Pyramids player, one match and a fine of 2,500 pounds, after being expelled after receiving two warnings, to miss his team’s next match against Zamalek.
The decisions also included suspending the Smouha duo, Sherif Reda and Khaled Metwally, for one match each, with a fine of 5,000 pounds, due to receiving the third warning during their team’s match against Al-Ahly.
And in the Pyramids match against Al-Masry, it was decided to suspend Mohamed Makhlouf, the Al-Masry player, for one match with A fine of 2,500 pounds, after being expelled as a result of two warnings.
The penalties also included suspending Ahmed Khalil Kalusha, the Enppi player, for one match and a fine of 5,000 pounds, due to the accumulation of yellow cards during his team’s match against Ceramica Cleopatra.
