Juventus Coach: We Will Face Real Madrid, Not Just Mbappé

Igor Tudor, the Croatian head coach of Juventus's first football team, commented on facing Real Madrid in the Champions League on Wednesday.

Real Madrid will host Juventus on Wednesday at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium as part of the third round of the group stage in the Champions League.

The Croatian coach said in the press conference ahead of the Real Madrid match: "I expect a strong reaction against Real Madrid. Being here motivates me; it's a special match."

He added: "I don't read newspapers, whether I win or lose. I don't waste my energy. I don't think about myself; I only think about the team and what I need to do."

When asked about Juventus's recent results, Tudor responded angrily: "Every match is different from the other. I don't know how to comment on this fixture list, match after match. We faced Atalanta, then Milan, and Inter consecutively. Some analyze the results, and others wait for us to fall."

He continued: "I tried to explain Juventus's crisis to myself, but playing these matches one after another made things more difficult."

This question was posed to coach Igor Tudor at the press conference, and he replied: "We will not face Mbappé alone; we will face Real Madrid."

He added: "We are aware of the player's capabilities; he moves a lot, but there are other players too, so we cannot focus only on Kylian. We will face the entire Real Madrid squad."

He continued: "I have played at the Bernabéu before; it's nothing more special than that. We have prepared for the match as usual, and I feel excited about tomorrow's encounter. We will focus and try to give our best."
