The end of Torop’s story with Al-Ahly after a comprehensive settlement between the two parties
Al-Ahly closed the file of Danish coach Jes Torop permanently, after reaching a complete agreement between the two parties to end the contractual relationship, following a lengthy session that lasted until the early hours of this morning, which resulted in the settlement of all legal and financial aspects related to the coach.
The journalist Ahmed Schubert revealed the details of the last hours of negotiations, confirming that the final agreement was signed after a series of meetings and intense discussions that continued until two in the morning, before the file was closed in a way. Official.
Schubert explained, during his radio statements, that the negotiations witnessed the participation of a number of club officials, including Yassin Mansour, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Sayed Abdel Hafeez, a member of the Board, along with Osama Hilal and Jamal Jabr, as everyone worked to bring viewpoints closer and reach a consensus formula that satisfied the various parties.
He added that the communications began at eight in the evening, before ending with a comprehensive agreement that included Torop receiving financial dues equivalent to three months’ salaries, in addition to a month’s salary. A full June and an additional month, in addition to allocating a percentage of the settlement value to the agents in accordance with the terms agreed upon between the two parties.
He pointed out that the negotiations witnessed one point of contention, which was Al-Ahly’s desire to add a clause preventing the coach from appearing in the Egyptian media for a year after his departure, but Torop rejected this proposal and insisted on his right to appear in the media without any future restrictions.
According to Schubert, the discussions succeeded in overcoming this dispute after Al-Ahly management agreed to exclude the condition. From the final agreement, which paved the way for the signing of all documents related to terminating the contract and officially ending the relationship between the two parties.
