The Egyptian Professional Clubs Association announced, this evening, Thursday, the penalties for the first round of the final stage of the Egyptian Premier League, which witnessed several disciplinary decisions following the match between Ceramica Cleopatra and Al-Ahly.

The most prominent penalties were as follows:

Among the ranks of Ceramica Cleopatra, it was decided to suspend the player Fakhri Lakay for one match, and fine him 5,000 pounds, due to him receiving the third warning. Wael Raafat Sayed Mohamed, the team’s performance analyst, was also suspended for one match, and fined 10,000 pounds, after being expelled.

The penalties also included suspending Amin Omar Al-Nour Al-Amin, the team’s coach, for one match, in addition to being fined 10,000 pounds, due to the expulsion during the match. A fine was also imposed on the Cleopatra Ceramica Club amounting to 20,000 pounds, as a result of the technical and administrative staff’s failure to abstain from video technology while reviewing the cases.

With regard to Al-Ahly Club, the association decided to impose a fine on Mohamed El-Shenawy amounting to 2,500 pounds, due to his expulsion for receiving two warnings in the same match, in addition to his suspension for four matches and a fine of 50,000 pounds, against the backdrop of assaulting the referee by pushing or pulling without using it. Violence.

It was also decided to suspend Walid Salah El-Din Mustafa Al-Baroudi, director of football at Al-Ahly Club, for one match, and to fine him 5,000 pounds, as a result of receiving the third warning.

The association also imposed a fine on Al-Ahly Club worth 20,000 pounds, due to the technical and administrative staff’s violation of instructions regarding staying away from video technology while reviewing the arbitration footage.
