Joan Laporta has secured a landslide victory in the presidential elections of FC Barcelona, ensuring he will remain the club’s president for the next five years.

According to the final results, Laporta received 69.4% of the votes, comfortably defeating his main rival Víctor Font, who collected 28.4%, while the remaining votes were blank ballots.
