Barcelona dominates Sevilla with a stunning 5-2 victory
Barcelona showcased their attacking prowess at Spotify Camp Nou, securing an emphatic 5-2 win over Sevilla in the 28th round of La Liga.
Brazilian star Raphinha opened the scoring in the 9th minute from a penalty, and doubled his tally with another penalty in the 21st minute, establishing Barcelona’s early dominance. Dani Olmo added a third goal in the 38th minute before Sevilla reduced the deficit with a goal from Ouso in stoppage time of the first half (45+4).
In the second half, Raphinha continued his brilliance with a third personal goal and Barcelona’s fourth in the 51st minute, before João Cancelo sealed the 5-2 victory in the 60th minute. Gabrill Sou scored Sevilla’s second in the 90+2 minute.
With this victory, Barcelona extended their lead at the top of La Liga to 70 points, while Sevilla remain 14th with 31 points.
